We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied with your online first aid course within the first 48 hours of purchase, we're happy to offer you a full refund – no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund, simply contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. Once your request is approved, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund within 24 hours.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
